Bustin' makes me feel good.
This is season 7 episode 1 of Diff'rent Strokes where Arnold and Sam don Ghostbuster costumes to fight the ghost that lives next door, who happens to be played by Ray Bolger- the guy who played the Scarecrow in The Wizard of OZ. John Astin also makes an appearance. Sorry about the weather overlap in the first few seconds, it goes away.
